- Tendon degeneration and disorganisation
- The red highlights are areas of abnormal blood flow
- A cystic lesion

Searching for an answer, I have diligently studied the topic of tendinopathy over the last few months. The linked articles are in my opinion, the most comprehensive resumes on the subject. There is no quick fix. For many, including me so far, there may be no resolution of symptoms. So if you are a fellow sufferer, a strength/condition coach or a therapist, enjoy the articles, treat early and appropriately and get in touch with any comments/experience in the comments section.
